The diagram above shows how TQAudit is used by a fairly large MTSO that uses Transcription Groups for transcription production and has a quality team of Staff Editors and Auditors who use TQAudit for final edit and audit. TQAudit makes it possible to close the loop between the quality and production teams, ensuring that qualitative and quantitative feedback is provided in a timely, accurate and reliable manner.
TQAudit can capture many levels of transcription personnel/hierarchy involved with each document including: MT, editor, supervisor, department, transcription group, Staff Editor and Auditor. Other attributes that can be captured include specialty, work type, and dictation quality. Audits performed by remotely located Staff Editors and Auditors can be easily exported by them and then imported into the TQAudit Master Database, by the Audit Administrator. Staff located on the same network as the Audit Administrator may work directly into the Master Database, or may also work in a similar stand-alone fashion.
Transcription oriented organizations come in many shapes and sizes, from large hospitals who do all their own transcription in-house, to medical practices that out-source all their transcription; from small MTSOs with a few accounts, to large MTSOs who perform transcription for many different customers, outsourcing transcription production, while implementing quality control within their own organization. TQAudit can help transcription quality no matter how complex or large your transcription organization is.
