The PROKIDS System is a software package that supports Providers and Service Coordinators of Early Childhood Services in providing effective and well-managed services to children and their families under the Early Intervention (E.I.) and Preschool 3-5 (CPSE) Programs.
PROKIDS is a user-friendly, integrated tool for capturing data and tracking and reporting on the various processes involved in delivering these services. Information is gathered pertaining to the children and their families, other professional contacts, county departments, schools, school boards and other organizations involved in serving the child; the authorization, delivery, and billing of services; required meetings and progress reports; and the coordination and communication required to promote the identification and skill development of eligible children.
