The PROKIDS System helps Service Providers and Service Coordinators to monitor, assess, analyze, prioritize and plan for maximum effectiveness in delivering services in compliance with the rules and regulations of the EI and CPSE programs.

Clients are tracked from initial referral to the E.I. Program, through Evaluations, Service Sessions , and Service Coordination through possible transitions to and through the CPSE program.
Services are tracked from Authorization to closure, with clear indicators of variance from authorized frequency. Required IFSP & CPSE meetings and reports are monitored and automatic alerts advise of pending responsibilities and deadlines. A detailed history is maintained of every significant date, service plan periods and child eligibility dates. Specialist information includes professional qualifications and specialty type[s], with at-a -glance case-load analysis capabilities and visual session schedule tracking.
PROKIDS helps to ensure accuracy and completeness in session invoicing and accountability for authorized sessions, promoting timely and professional invoicing to the Program Administrator. The invoicing subsystem provides flexible invoicing control, so that invoices may be identified by service categories, service types, child, and/or other user preferences.
PROKIDS provides many useful reports that can help the provider to really understand the scope and trends of services being provided and how well they are balancing the needs of the children, families and Program expectations and requirements and Specialist's availability and qualifications. Report criteria is defined by the User in an easy-to use, ad-hoc, point-and click fashion. This provides great flexibility, precision and power to pin-point exactly the information the Provider needs to manage the process of providing quality care.
PROKIDS provides many of the forms needed for providing and tracking services from an Evaluation Computer Input form, to customized Verification sheets in a variety of formats for different service Categories.
PROKIDS is an integrated time management, revenue management, contact management and communication management tool. It maintains records of history and projections for the future. It cross-references information across and between Children, Families, Specialists, Services, Service Coordinators, Programs and other Professionals in an organized, structured and integrated fashion.
